Yes. Select or drag in as many JPGs as you need and each image becomes its own full-size page in a single file named from_jpgs.pdf. Pages follow the order of the file list, so remove and re-add a file if you want it in a different spot.
High Quality passes your original JPEG data through unchanged. Medium (the default) re-encodes each image at 75% JPEG quality and scales the longest side down to 2500 pixels if it's larger; Low uses 50% quality and a 1500 pixel limit. For phone photos, Medium is usually 40 to 60% smaller than High with no visible difference on screen.
Yes. JPEG 2000 files are accepted alongside .jpg and .jpeg, which is useful for medical imaging and geospatial data. If your browser can't decode a JPEG 2000 file for recompression, the original file is embedded as is, whichever quality you chose.
Each image is placed as a full-size page with the image's own proportions, so portrait photos give portrait pages and landscape scans give landscape pages. There's no fixed A4 or Letter option in this tool.
Medium works for most scans that will be read on screen or printed at normal size, since 2500 pixels on the long side keeps text crisp. Choose High if the scans must stay at full resolution for OCR or archiving, and Low for quick sharing where size matters more than detail.
Only .jpg, .jpeg, .jp2, and .jpx files are accepted, so PNG, HEIC, WebP, and other formats are left out with a notice. Use the matching converter for those, or Image to PDF for a mixed set of formats.
