No. Each page is copied as is, including its size, rotation, and any annotations on it; only the order changes.
Page content and page-level annotations are kept, but the output is rebuilt page by page, so document-level bookmarks aren't carried over. Add them back with Edit Bookmarks if you need them.
A single PDF downloads with its original filename, so it replaces the source if you save it to the same folder. Several files are reversed independently and downloaded together as reversed_pdfs.zip.
